President, and Partner of Career Transitions, Inc., began her 20 years of professional experience in Career Transitions/ Outplacement, Organizational Effectiveness, Executive Coaching and Human Resources Consulting, as an industrial psychologist, and is now one of the most respected leaders in the fields of Organizational Change and Leadership Development in Puerto Rico and abroad.
Before joining Career Transitions Inc.as General Manager in 2003, Viviane while living in Panama for six years, was Associate Director of Konzerta a local Human Resources consulting company and pioneered their Outplacement Services. She also worked for three years assisting in the closing of the US Army Southern Command in Panama.
Viviane has a Master’s Degree in Industrial /Organizational Behavior from Columbia University. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education/ Psychology from Boston College.
Active member of The Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Member of the American Society for Training and Development. Member of Ellevate Puerto Rico Chapter, Executive Advisor for the AARP Human Resources Committee in Puerto Rico. She has been a speaker at many conferences and professional organizations. Awarded “Business Woman of the Year”, a visionary leader who is well respected expert in Career and Change Management. Recognized by the Caribbean Business as a person to watch for in 2014 within the Human Resources industry. Member of the Board of Director for YMCA Puerto Rico, Past President of the Board of Directors for Ballet Teatro Nacional de Puerto Rico.
While she is overly satisfied with her career and family, she noted that she is always learning and looking forward to the continuous positioning of the company to a global level. Outside of work she always seeks to maintain a meaningful work-life balance, her key to wellbeing and success.
